I wasent going to say nothing but hey ho I didn't complain as I had just waited 2 months for it and if you can't get it right first time why would I trust them a second time and as he admits they have no way of testing the welds so it's pot luck if yours is ok or not and he read and replied to this...

Sorry Garry for the problems you have had with your Casing conversion. We don't have the facility to pressure test Casings after converting them, so unfortunately, the first time they are tested is when the top end as been built, so with hindsight maybe just building the top end up and not all the e...

Hi, Maybe we should accept that it isn't the welding that creates a porous Casing here. If you look at some of the photo's, especially of inside the Crank area and cylinder base Gasket area, there are blow holes where there hasn't actually been any welding done, add to this 50 years of petrol/oil so...

I PERSONALLY wouldn't even consider it, a GT186 or an RB 20 will meet 99% of peoples requirements. The work required plus a 200 top end will cost as much as a GT186 and an Indian 200 won't be a match for a GT kit and to get better performance than an RB20 you're going to have to fit another decent ...
