Re: Heidenau, , K61 Tyre

I am on my third set on my ts1 with an expensive paintjob. Mine replaced racemans which tried to write the scoot off. Cannot rate them highly enough and are as said also good in the wet. Not a high mileage tyre in honesty, but i would say that i get around 1200 miles out of a rear on general riding a...

Thankyou Chiggy...Lambretta Upgrades.

Last year I purchased some fancy ally adjuster block gear swivel and post plus tie bar. Lovely looking piece of kit and with roller bearings in the swivel for nice smooth action. They were for the GT200 kitted bike I have been doing over the winter and spring. To cut a story short they wouldn't allow...

Re: More s**t parts.

Trouble is it isn't just the hassle of sending parts back it's the waste of a afternoon thinking 'am I doing something wrong' that I begrudge! If I could charge for my normal hourly rate they wouldn't dare send out less than perfect parts! Totally agree here Tim.....The hassle caused by convincing ...

Re: More s**t parts.

I bought a lovely new kickstart for my gp150 [gt200 ] project from a reputable dealer, in fact it was a casa one at the pricely sum of £60. The kickstart had been made completely wrong......It was bent to the wrong shape and the stop was welded in the wrong place and at the wrong angle. Totally usel...

Re: This months Scootering mag...

I think that the mag is good and am liking the tec stuff. However there are many that wont like it for the same reasons I like it. It's never been a job I would want, because regardless of whos at the helm, there will be an amount of moaning buggers slating what someone has tried to make enjoyable a...

Re: FRAUDSTER ON ebay....WARNING!!!

I know, but what concerns me is that there may of been a planned theft of the bike. Find the location of the bike do a quick ebay listing and someone may think they are getting a bike at a bargain. Let's be honest, if someone was after an sx and it was only at £4800 with a few hours to go,????????.

Re: GP200 KICK START.

I had issues with a casa gp kickstart which turned out to be manufactured completely wrong. This was also made more awkward with the gp endplate which has no adjustment. I have a casa kickstart on my s type with no issues, but that has a li kickstart ramp. I was given advice off a scooter tuner of r...
