Re: GP CRANK/ S1 MAG HOUSING
You should get the backplate tomorrow.
You will need a flywheel housing, 2205 bearing, inner and outer oil seal and a circlip.

Re: GP CRANK/ S1 MAG HOUSING
A late type S1 mag housing will be ok. Early ones with petroil lubricated flywheel bearing will be no good, (it is easy to identify early type, the flywheel bearing and rollers stay on the crank when you take the flywheel housing off). The late type housing has a circlip holding in the oil seal. If ...

The li boss may be too tight inside the new stator.
Some times the flywheel rubs on the stator plate, (3x 10mm head) bolts.

Re: what mag housing....
Either will fit. The Spanish one would be favourite as the transfer detail should be more of a match.
Make sure your barrell does not bottom out onto the mag house.

Re: Original GP 200 Rear light unit & lens
There is a small semi circular cut out at the bottom which allows water to escape. Rainwater can get behind the tail light through the hole in the frame that the loom passes through. Also shown is the large rubber grommet and sleeve nut that holds the assembly. The holes in the frame were made large...
