Re: Pwk ballpark jetting?

pwk copies are best left alone as they are shite, some work some dont, invest yr money on a proper keihin pwk, the 28mm ones come off yam rd's of which you need the right hand one try allens performance as they have loads of stuff for keihin carbs and the carbs themselves. keihin main jets are the s...

Re: POLINI 210 ALLOY

yes ive used one recently, i got the 58mm stroke version, i too had trouble with the squish, the lowest i could get it was 2.1mm which was without base or head gasket, 2.1mm squish would have been s**t, and the transfer timing was way to low at around 115 degrees, after an arguement with sip over wh...

Re: Dellorto PHBH Carburettor

if it gets richer and richer as you sit there idling then it could be the float valve letting by, wrong float height or crap not letting the valve seat propperly, and also spitback from the reeds collects and can richen things up

Re: crank for DR 130

have a look at the bgm cranks at scooter centre koln
a small taper crank wouldnt be my first chioce as the tend to snap no matter the make, maybe safer with a 1kg flywheel

Re: smallframe primary gears

i wouldnt use the 90 primarys as they are far too short, the primmy/pk125 primarys will be fine, they are 24/61, another option is 27/69, a little shorter than 24/61

Re: smallframe setup

the parma kit needs a lot of work but its ok ish i had the exhaust timing up to 190 but it wasnt quite enough, its a basic design based on an old pinasco barrel, i now use a polini evo rotary with a 35mm keihin and franz pipe, and it will sit at 70 at around 8000rpm and rev out to 9500rpm with my he...

Re: Lightened Flywheels

its not just about weight either, the circumference also plays a part, so 2 kg closer to the center will spin up faster
