Re: SX150 flywheel not always turning when kickstart operated
If you have no compression when you kick it, that is 100% clutch related. The flywheel is only indicating that the kicker is not turning the crank over. I'd guess either your clutch cable is too tight causing the clutch to slip or your kickstart quadrant is noy shimmed properly and has walked out o...

Re: Casatronic problems
Is the stator plate anodized? There was a string of these in the US where the stator was having a hard time achieving a good ground on the mag flange from the annodizing. Those who had that issue sanded the annodizing off the back of the stator plate where it touches the mag flange and that resolved...

^.... Hmmmm, that's not good and doesn't instil too much confidence for the one that I have sitting on the shelf and hope to fit to a motor soon. Adam If you have any issues or have any questions when fitting just shoot me a message. I'll either be able to walk you through it or might have a good p...

Oh yeah, I've got plates, corks, springs, you name it. Shoot me a meassage and I'll set you up no sweat. I should say I have 2 of these fitted and ...

Crank :? Yeah no clue there. I did this write up a long time ago and keep it up for people to reference: http://pistonported.weebly.com/sscmorris-5-plate-clutch-install-gp-chaincase-cover.html What I have found with these is that they are hit or miss. Due to different tolerances between Indian, Ita...

Re: Targaline dampers fit problem
They come with 8mm bushings and sleeves to bring them down to the standard 6mm.Grumpy225 wrote:Do they kind of fit but are too tight or do they have a 6mm hole?
Is it hard to drill them out to 9mm or am I missing something?
I'd just quick drill them to 9mm and be done with it.
