Re: RB20 long stroke

I run a 62/116 crank in my RB200. Its ported to 130 trans / 190 exhaust, with a Franspeed race pipe, 30mm flat slide Delly, af close ratio 4speed box and 17 degrees static ignition. It was dyno’d earlier this year at 28bhp and I think 21 ft/lb torque with this set-up - had a 34mm delly on initially...

RB20 long stroke

I have a 62mm crank on the shelf and just happened to kill the one in my RB20. Is it possible to stroke this kit (with the correct 116 rod of course)? I'd think it should be okay but just haven't seen anyone do it yet.

Re: SCOOTOPIA 185 KIT, ANY GOOD ?

It looks nice in the photo but I think it’s still really new so not many on the road yet. If you run it with a 22 carb and stock pipe I suspect it will feel like a stock 200. What do you run on your mugello?

Re: Re registration to a 125

Any "reputable" engineer would only write a report for you if they were absolutely sure it was a 125 otherwise it could be classed as fraudulent. Insurance companies must be made aware of ANY changes to the CC of a vehicle otherwise they will void the insurance in the event of a claim. So you’re sa...

Re: Sip Speedo

I have a v1 in my dl and a v2 in my series 2. Work great and more accurate than any stock speedo. One bad thing to say about them; they need a SOLID power source or they will turn off, flicker, go dim and reset the clock on you. I really wish they would convert or allow the option for the CHT in to ...

Re: LTH / MMV LI centre clutch nipple

I might have one. The problem is I won't be able to look for it for a couple of days and I'm in the US.

If I do have it I don't mind shipping it. Just cover postage and it's yours. Message me your email and I'll get you a photo when I dig it out.

Re: Clutch & Gear issues

Start off with a fresh oil change (90wt ND for wet clutch, every scooter shop sells it). It sounds like once the motor gets hot the clutch starts to bind up. Could be due to an oil issue or something mechanical. You won't for sure know until you get in there. Gear jumping could be a shimming issue, ...

Always run B8 or B9. Plugs are cheap, top ends are not.

Re: Joint

Ive never had one break. Is everything else free and easy to tirn. Same here. Many carb set ups with various extreme angles, never had one break. I have some original italian ones still in use on my dl with a phbh carb. Is there something going on with the pins you’re using? Maybe they are too big ...
