Motor is in bike and all cabled up. Im not with the scoot right now but Im pretty sure the cable has some slack in it and I think when it was in gear it still just rolled around freely, so its the clutch in that case right? If its the clutch that is in wrong whats the correct way to install?

I have a 1979 P200E I have rebuilding ever so slowly and am a little unfamiliar with how things went so long ago. I reassembled my motor using a banded clutch with "upgrade" nut and washer and found that the kick starter does not spin the crank/flywheel but it does feel and sound like its ...
