yea long never noticed before bur if the head been reprofiled mean a certain amount of alloy has been removed therfore it will come thru more than before

just fitting a mbd rerofiled head to my mates ts1 and noticed the plug comes thru a long way anyone else had this ,,,did you use extra washer ..

ts1 engine gp200 gearing and sprockets or ts1 sx 200 gearbox and sprockets ???????????? whats the differance please,,,,,,btw mikuni and devtour fitted

dont over tighten the banjo bolt it can have spread the washers and make the seal leak

this is my homemade job works superb and yea it will lock back wheel up anything without abs will lock up if ya stamp hard enough

just giving the ts1 a bearing change for new season ,never gave reeds a thought till lad at work insist he changes his every 2 yr ??????? any ideas as best to buy

RUNNING MY TS1 ON A TINO DEEP SPROCKET AND A FIVE PLATE SET UP IVE NOW RUN IT IN 1000 MILE WIND POWER ON IT SLIPS LIKE HELL BUT IVE LEFT IT IN ,NOW I WANT REPLACE THE OLD PLATES ,AND PLAY ABOUT WITH TOP PLATES TO GET PLAY RIGHT ,WHATS BEST ONE TO GET ,IVE TRIED TO LOOK EM UP BUT SOME ARE 1.5 STEELS ...
