Re: 1986 T5 rear hub oil seal conundrum

1986 T5 rear hub oil seal conundrum
just bought myself a T5 mk1. D plate metallic black, no rot! yeah! the rear hub was a tad loose. loads of oil and crap in there. could running the loose hub be the cause or is it likely the dreaded rear seal?. cleaned it up and it looks all good, there's a great big bloody circlip just before the se...

Re: Running a Standard TV 175 S3
standard bikes are great when they have been unmolested. the tv175 was and is designed to provide reliable all day transport when treated correctly in a very competitive 60's market place. why wouldnt it be reliable. everybody got used to constant maintenance and waiting for the problem on tuned sco...

Re: Oil/ petrol Mix
i use a shade under 3% with a car lude 2 stroke oil in an iron barrel gp150 for round town. i always err to caution for long distance and go 4%. never had a problem with this in 1000's of miles. dare say a good quality oil will run as low as 2% though. with all the s**t modern petrol containing etha...

Re: ADIDAS GP RB230.... one we done!
lovely that.
it reminds me of the 90's custom scoots that came after Jeremy Howletts Nike racer.
what happens if you get a flat. the glovebox wants swapping for a spare wheel holder and keep your sandwiches and tat in your pocket!
