Sounds like clutch seal. Plug the clutch breather and see if that solves your problems. Mind you, if you have tried to rejet the carb without success before this, it might still not run properly. If it does the seal is blown, and you need to replace it. If it doesn't, look elsewhere.. but I'm pretty...

Reply to magg its not running on a auto lube. It was about five months set up on a dyno and ran fine. Does this suggest its not jetting ??? Its done nearly 7000 miles this season since the dyno and had new rings but just appears really slow at top end. The pre mix thing is really confusing as soem ...

Apologises for this basic question. If an engine runs rich would it mean that you may loose some performance?? The reason i ask is im running a malossi 210 , i have only ran it on pre mix at 3% rock. It also chucks out a lot of thick black oil out of the rivets of the RH JL pipe For reasons unknown...

Comparable jetting Pinasco 225, JL pipe, 28mm PHBH
I'm looking for someone with the same setup and I'd like to compare jetting.
Can't really find a comparable setup in the jetting section, so I'm trying here as well.
I'm running a 125 main, AV264, X2 needle top clip, 58 idle, 60 slide, 1.75 turns out on the idle screw.
