Continually seizing with panels on

Finally got my DL150 back on the road after too many years, sorted my problem with no rear and tail lights - I had put an old 6v bulb in the headlight instead of 12v :? I am running an AF175 with PWK 30 and a scootrs expansion, have had this set up for years but think I now have the jetting spot on....

Re: No tail light, side light or speedo light!!

Dean, should I put the two blacks together in the right hand socket, below the speedo bulb? On my old loom I had a purple wire, but no purple wire on the new loom :wtf: The black was spare so I thought it was a straight swap for the original purple. I'll give the blacks a go tomorrow night, don't th...

Re: New loom, three extra wires and a different colour

Thanks for the advice Dean, think I may take your route to reduce the spaghetti!

Roli-olo are you sure about the possibility of connecting these wires to a front brake? It's just that I have fitted a Scootrs disc brake and have the connection points for a front brake light.

Thanks again.

New loom, three extra wires and a different colour

Hi folks, hope someone can help here. I have 1969 GP150 that was converted to 12v about nine years ago. Just rebuilding it from scratch and have put a new wiring loom in from Scooter Restorations. Trouble is two things: 1 - I have three extra wires that come off the loom near the horn. really hoping...
