I have now received a full refund and an apology. Aparently the guy went on holiday. A bit of a lame excuse but in the end did the right thing. Hope a lesson has been learned. It takes a long time to build a good reputation and no time at all to destroy it.

I have had a similar experience using eBay. No reply whatsoever after the original informing Item not arrived. No response even after informing I would have no option but to leave negative feedback and open a PayPal dispute.

The bracket fixes under the front seat mounting point and then the strap wraps round the tank. You access the bolt through the toolbox door.
