Mate of mine has just got an SS225 with all the recommended settings on the road.
Miles per gallon - sorry litre - on a par with my RB250 race engine so probably one of the last options to choose in your situation.
Goes rather well though....

I'd check inside the forks - it's easy to drill holes to fit the bolt in buffers.li mick wrote:just had another look,they have holes for the rubbers.so not gp.

OK, so if I should care, and like some have said I don't want to pay to replace parts then what should I do in my example where it is the main jet that is affecting the performance but it's either too boggy to drive or lean? The price of a dyno session and a couple of jets will be far cheaper than ...

If your V5C Taxation Class is stating anything other than "Historic Vehicle" you'll be paying road tax.

am I missing something, the splines are parallel to each other so should be the same width on the inside as they are on the outside, all the worn hubs I have seen have had a step normally back from the front hub face as the lay shaft stops short. If I have misunderstood please forgive me as I know ...
