ive just received my new sip rims. never come across nordlock washers before , might sound daft but do you fit them as pairs, as each wheel has come with 4 pairs

did this work, I tried it but still got lean running in midrange when I put main jet back in, tried upping main a few times till it started bogging down but still reading lean on plug mid throttle

Cheers again guys. Thank goodness it was resolved today. We were about to strip the top end but tried new plugs first but noticed intermittent sparking on testing against metal suspecting our new CDI might be faulty and delivering a weak spark, albeit last night it seemed to be consistently deliver...

I drilled the 3 holes out to 14mm but the one near the manifold 13mm. Get the spigoted turned down and cut up a 150 base gasget. Also if your unsure about cutting the boost port, the artlicle in scootering mag just did the piston window mod(no boost port) with the reed valve manifold and got good results. As a footnote. just the reedvalve alone without any piston windows reduced performance. do you know if that was this mont...
