Re: Superstrong Cosa clutch
I fitted the BGM Superstrong last year. Although I just have an untuned standard engine I'm very happy with it's smooth operation. And I guess it would cope quite well with much more powerful engines.

Re: spark plug colour
@ Goldeneye
Would you recommend to run the 9er iridium plug even in a standard P 2 engine (with BGM big box)?
Cheers, Chris

Re: Holes in new PX air filter
Just wondering, did the (Piaggio) dealer sell me a Cosa air filter then or do all new 200 filter come with these holes now?

Holes in new PX air filter
Just bought a new Piaggio air filter for the PX 200 and it came with two holes in it's base (over both jets), where my old (original) filter had none.
Should I adjust the jets (and if so, in which way)? The cylinder is the standard cast iron, unported/unfettled with.
Cheers, Chris

Check new exhaust for leaks
What is the best way to check a brand new exhaust for leaks (untidy welding) BEFORE fitting and test riding it? Does simply filling it with water work (without causing any damage)? The exhaust in mind would be a Vespa box-type.

BGM Big Box
Does anyone here drive the BGM Big Box on a standard P2 engine?
The test in Scootering sounded quite impressive. Or did anyone here face any problems (fitting/build quality)?
Cheers, Chris

Re: t5 problems
Maybe the 3 plate clutch is a bit stressed with the increased power of your engine? As the genuine Piaggio 4 plate clutches seem to have their issues too maybe you want to think about a BGM one? I fitted one to my (standard) P2 engine and although I didn't do a lot miles so far the feel (and ease of...

Re: px200 polini venturi air intake, anyone fitted one
Ducksta, do you run your scooter with the engine panel fitted? If so, do you notice any difference on a long(ish) run, when your carb sucks the preheated air? And did the foamfilter ever come loose?
