Re: Phbh 30mm slide sticking

I had this after doing my pre-Euro checks, couldn't find the cause and it has been fine every since, so just put it down to a bit of grit

Re: Handling Series 1&2

I was surprised myself, only looked them up to see how much heavier a S2 was than a S3 but everywhere I can find weights correlate with the above. My S2 is certainly feels heavier to put on and off the stand than my S3

Re: Handling Series 1&2

I love the handling on my S2, far more planted on the road and gives me more confidence. As for heavier, I've always thought this but the official figures (for dry weight) do not seem to support that, and in fact the heaviest are the SX200 and GP200! S1 Li125 - 104kg S1 Li150 - 105kg S1 TV175 - 115k...

Re: Tubeless Puncture Repair

A can of tyre fix is probably another decent get-you-home option, I think it's quite common now for cars to be supplied with that instead of a spare wheel. Yep, had to use mine on Saturday after a puncture in the car, a sodding great nail. Used the compressor and repair fluid and despite them sayin...

Re: Name change- British Lambretta Owners Association Club

Yes the name change was requested from the community. Yes I still own the copyright to bloa, but the image I'm giving that to Kev, again as requested. Trademark I get as it only lasts for 10 years unless it is renewed, but Copyright last for 70 years after the owner's demise unless the owner signed...

Re: LCGB AGM ref BLOA

So would a wedding photographer have to apply for copyright on every single individual photograph that he takes? No of course he doesn't, he has copyright by default

Re: LCGB AGM ref BLOA

I believe I may have noted the relevant legal position of this earlier? Copyright exists for a period after death -it's 70 years for published works and may well be similar for imagery also. If the rights of the logos were passed to the LCGB (which the paperwork suggests they were) then copyright s...

Outside, maybe, but they corrode from both inside and out.
True although the inside won't be as susceptible to road grime and salt

Re: Exhaust spraying options

My Franspeed Race has just rotted through after only 3 years, but that is riding pretty much every day all year round, this winter seemed particularly harsh, it did get a rub down and spray last year, but a couple of knocks on speed bumps haven't helped as that is where it has gone. So I've just ord...
