Check the cylinder head nuts, should be due for re - torqueing, could be the problem

I have run GP200 gearboxes in my TS1`s over the years and found them very good with the added advantage that they tend to be easier on the clutch, go for 19 x 46 which equate to roughly 4.8, as said before depends on your weight, luggage carrying etc. 4.6 you may struggle a bit if you are 15 stone +...

Yes, and the valve, so what is the procedure turning round the hub, as I can't see how you can turn the hub around, and alter the position of the wheel fixing in relation to the calliper mounting

Got a 60 x 116 crank in my TS1 built it about 5 or 6yrs ago, the only piston I could get at the time was a race tour piston from MB, but I believe there may be other choices around now

By the sound of it the Scootopia one is more like the original Lambretta one, all the controls the reserve/ main tank levels is the length of the plastic tube inside the filter part
