Hi all,
Dellorto phbl 25
Over night there is fuel leaking from the 2 small air holes at the bottom of the carb/mouth/venturi
could someone point me in the right direction please,float? needle?

Sounds like a problem i had a while back,turned out to be the pick up magnets not lining up properly with the triggers on the flywheel! I removed a couple of laminates from the pick up to lower it and hey presto! Was like a different scoot

The pipe was on the scoot when i bought it 2 years ago so cant take it back! It's not really causing too big a problem it's just that im in the mood to get the angle grinder out and sort it!

Hi all, I have what seems to be an ill fitting/poorly made Jl3,it rubs agaisnt the flywheel cowl no matter how i position it,and i cant remove the flywheel cowl without removing the exhaust first! My question is,if i was to cut out a 2 inch section of the pipe and re weld would this affect the perfo...

Took my scoot out for its first proper run since fitting the avanti,a 120 mile round trip to warmwell rally and it didn't miss a beat,pulls really well but was hard work keeping it under 45mph!!!

I didn't need a packer on mine as the squish was spot on without one,had to take 3mm off the piston skirt though as it was hitting the crankcase mouth at BDC!

Oh ok thanks,sounds like a project for a grown up so i'll be leaving it as it is for the time being!
