Bent LONG tag bottom clutch steels?

Hello all, Does anyone know where I might still be able to buy longer tag bottom steel clutch plates from? Cambridge Lambretta used to sell these, with the idea being that they are long enough that, once bent upwards, locate better into the standard clutch centre, rather than ride under the radius a...

Re: Sip spare

Tried the long nuts and bolt through idea which does work as in you can fix the spare to the carrier . But I dont like that due to the length of the long nuts the spare sits further away from the frame . Which to me looks odd ! Spare looks like a steering wheel !!! Could shorten these but that woul...

Re: seeking recommendation on GT200 gearing

I think your pipe is the problem, pm is a revvy pipe but your final drive ratio is better for a pipe that makes more torque, tsr evo or a fresco comes to mind, choice of pipe and final drive ratio go hand in hand. only other option is to get a bigger crownwheel. ... good response and almost certain...

Re: which are the strongest lambretta clutch springs

Happens so often that I can see it being an issue with your beast of a motor.

This feel exactly like clutch slip, becoming an issue when working under load. Back off and the motor gets some traction back. Open the throttle and it starts to slip again.
