Now I not done a lot of these, but don't think this is quite normal, is this a shock absorbing up grade, sure this isn't a standard thing, but quite happy to go to the back of class if so ! Has the basket and five springs on the front though, just stripping as slipping like crazy at 55 and dragging ...

BGM DC stator for AC use ?

Just to check guys is the DC BGM V3 ok to use for normal AC use ? is it ok to tape up the spare wires or would it cause damage leaving open circuit/off load ?, also what does the V4 have over the V3 is just the slots/back plate ?
any thoughts please :geek:

Can someone please tell me why a heavy duty plastic petrol can from Halfords is £14, and one of similar capacity shaped so you can use it as a lambretta petrol tank is £190? Know what you mean, but bet you a used set of clutch plates you couldn't make one in your shed for £190, just in case winner ...

Recomend me a timing light/gun please ?

Hi can anyone give me a heads up on a timing gun, and if I were to buy one with a tacho is it worth the extra money and will it work on two stoke ok ?
Its my birthday soon so can spend a bit of money ;)

I lifted mine from ebay. Look for someone selling a disk of the year you need and save picture as.. Bit of do da with paintbox and print adjusting size to fit. Looks fine. Something to put in the tax disk holder. Same here, some sites are selling them for up to £25 just found mine on the net think ...
