And here starts the decline in values as the market sees in increase in the number up for sale. I think that's been said a few times before. Remember there are no more "traditional" scooters being made. This means, with accidents, thefts and an interest from abroad there are less scooters on the UK...

as said above, could be anything.....another option is a clogged air filter, causing it to flood. clean the filter or leave it off (temporary) and see how it goes.

I've had my Avanti barrel re-sleeved with iron. I think Ron Moss will sell an un-plated barrel for less than the plated.....another option ?

If heat is a major consideration, have you considered the Avanti 225 ? Plug and play with enlarged barrel and head fins. Runs a lot cooler than standard.

I'm sure you can fill a V5 application form in without the reg' number.

If it's been registered in the UK before you should then get the V5 back with the reg' .

A lot of "performance" engines run at 17/16 static so if you aimed for that at 6000 revs it should be ok.
