having problems with my px 200e
tick over sometimes it ticks over normal other times it ticks over slow and cuts out so i have to keep revving to set off before it cuts out on me it seems to have a flat spot

please can any one tell me how many turns it is for an air mixture screw on a px150cc

just had px 150cc rebored and after about half a mile down the road it was nipping (heat seizing) it kicked back up then did it again blanked auto lube off and i have been pre mixing dont no what to do next can any body help

just had barrel and piston rebored (150cc) blanked auto lube off put it back together now keeps cutting out
and starter motor sticking on

yh thats what am using 3% and its running ok spark plug proper colour but am stumped thanks for your time

to every five ltrs i put one full measure cup what do you mean by 3% i put 150mls to 5ltrs

GOT A 150 HEAD ON IT HAD A SQUASH TEST DONE YHAT WAS OK ONLY PUT 108 MAIN JET IN IT IGNITION TIMING STANDARD
USING TT SCOOTER PUTOLINE SCOOTER OIL

when it was a 125cc it holed the piston , so bought 150cc barrel and piston then holed again, couldnt get ovesized piston because the barrel was ok so bought another 150cc barrel and piston ran it in for 500 miles . took it to wakefield scooters and timing was out got that sorted now its soft seizin...
