Hello, I've got a long time problem with my GP200 standard engine. Standard 200cc barrel, 22mm Dellorto carb and varitronic, B9ES spark plug. At high revs I've got detonations from the exhaust and a grey spark plug. I've changed the main jet from 118 to 120 and the atomizer from 5899-2 to 5899-4. No...

PISTON RINGS
hello, my TS1 piston rings have a 0.35 tollerance for one but the other one goes to 0.55 tollerance. Could it be a problem?

Re: gear cluster
thanks Dapper.
I know that wear on the cluster bearing surface could be an issue, but I've always wondered why? I mean what could bring this type of wear to the scooter?

gear cluster
I've stripped down my TS1 SIL engine casing and I've got a couple of questions before refitting... I've found the gear cluster bush raised around 1mm with its underneath shim slightly loose. Does it only require to be hammered back in place or to be change? No markings inside the bush but the bearin...

Re: another scootrs question!!!!!!
I do run an anti-dive ScootRS outboard disc brake kit with dampers fitted to my DL150 (drum links with welded bracket to fork and bolt on lower damper support brackets) but (after years to be honest) I've found the weld on bracket (originally welded on by Innocenti!) fixing the legshield to the fram...

Re: Carb Reduction Sleeve
and you are right!
I just have destroyed mine trying to remove it from the carb. Luckily remove a reduction sleeve from a Jetex is possible providing patience and care with a heat gun and oil. Next replace the Dellorto one.![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif)
