Of course your satnav will work in your tin box car, it has windows, in fact some won't work with heated windscreens and have to use an arial. The GPS speedo MIGHT have taken this into account and put the antena behind the speedo face? I'm just lucky then..I've never had a problem with mine bearing...

My tom tom satnav speedo has always worked fine even going through small tunnels and yes it would die if the tunnel was really long but then i can't remember the last long tunnel i went through on my I also use a TomTom on my GTS and it loses the signal in all 3 of the Thames tunnels as well as the...

2 potential problems with GPS speedos would be that the Lammy headset is made of metal which will probably affect the signal and the other problem would be that your speedo will die whenever the GPS sugnal is lost, i.e. in tunnels. Haaving said that, I live with the 2nd problem already with the Gar...

The one i ordered is 3 3/8 inches.They do do a 4 inch version.I also spoke to them re fitting to bike/scoot and they said it would be fine as they are waterproof..mark wrote:what size is that speedo and is it waterproof?
