Re: T5 tuning kit
Many have different opinions on 2 stroke oil percentage but when I was using autolube I always added 1% into the tank on my kitted T5.

Loving the engine tone. High speed without high revs. Great work!

Re: PX 125 Bogging down problem
Correct way is to follow everything I've said previously which will solve the cause. If you've no time just put in a bigger main jet. Go up one or two from whatever number is fitted already. If you don't have a bigger jet, run the bike with a dash of choke all the time. A small bit, don't push the c...

Re: PX 125 Bogging down problem
First thing I'd do is check the main jet. Carb lid off, air filter off, it's under the biggest brass screw as seen when you look down on the carb. It's a push fit into a brass tube with alot of holes. lt'll become obvious when you undo the largest screw. I'd look up the main jet size for a standard ...

Re: PX 125 Bogging down problem
Have you changed anything on the scooter like a non standard exhaust? I can't remember what the main jet is for a px125. If your scooter is standard then the standard main will be perfect. If you've changed the exhaust then the main jet has to be raised. Is there any oil leaking from the head? You c...

Re: cht gauge
The questions above have put a smile on my face and to be honest, have caused many sleepless nights for very many people including myself! Normal range for me is anything between 140c to 180c. My scoots aren't standard. 180ish when travelling slow up long hills, slow into a continuous headwind or ch...

Re: PX 125 Bogging down problem
I'd say your gearchange issue is just a lubrication thing or a clutch cable that needs tightening. The clutch is adjusted under the engine and is obvious when you see it. If the bike is creeping forwards when the clutch is pulled then the cable needs to be adjusted and thats your gearchange issue. A...

Re: PX 125 Bogging down problem
You could recheck and reset your mix screw. Simple check and it'll only cost you time. The mix screw is located at the back of the carb box and is accessable from the outside. Either a long screwdriver or a 7 or 8mm socket with an extension will get you past the shock spring and get you working. Sta...
