Re: Granturismo 200cc piston oversize stockists
also checked the DT175K compared to the RD350YPVS (piston used on original GT200's) on the TKRJ manual. This states a 0.5mm lower crown height on the DT175K piston. Thanks RichardRich_T wrote: ↑Sat Dec 14, 2019 8:43 pm I checked this information again. According to Mitaka/Grampian data the DT175K piston has the same compression heights as the 350LC piston. The dome height is 1.5mm higher but that isn't the end of the world. Over-sizes for this piston will take you to 67.5mm as I understand.

Re: Atomiser modification
As you have already said it been bored /drilled/reamed out by Harry Barlow ,so why would it be tapered, the difference between an AV and an AS atomiser is the height and can be altered easily

Re: Refueling routine. It's been a long time
Well if you read most aftermarket kits they still quote 4%, probably to safe-guard themselves .though, personally I would stick to 4% on an iron barrel and 3% on nicasil lined ,yes oil is better these days ,so there is an argument either way, if your happy to drop your oil ratio on an expensive kit ...
