Re: Standard exhaust
The standard size exhaust will probably make your standard engine run smoother better and quick. I think, I’m some cases we’ve been told bigger is better but it’s not always.

Re: Suzuki 190
I’ve done one of those aS well on one if the latest SIL stage 4 barrels. 3 stud holes to 14mm and one near the manifold to 13mm. Use a 200 head and drill out that as well. I messy job but it work’s okay doesn’t feel right pushing it over the studs etc

Re: Suzuki 190
I don’t think the GP SIL barrel has the same size ports as the TV/SR 185 barrel. The 64mm SR185 iron barrels with aluminum fins, from Indian measure up perfectly with the standard Suzuki 64mm rings and piston spacing. The Indian barrels do need work on all the ports and best left to a professional. ...

Re: Suzuki 190
So, I’ve done 3 of these great conversions and you don’t need to top and tail anything with the right crank. The first was using a TV175 barrel, 60x115 crank (gives it a real 200cc’s) and it needed a 1mm packing plate. Second and third ones I used an Indian SR185 with the 64mm bore (not the more com...

Re: What's you BGM RT 195 set up?
Anyone running a Dellorto 22 on an RT195? I know people want to default to a 25+ but it’s piston ported and I’ll be using a Clubman etc

Re: Suzuki 190
I put a Suzuki piston in a TV175 barrel with a 60x115 rod, Chiselspeed did the head properly and a 22 Dellorto, did use a 20mm and the 22 hardly made a difference. Used a standard exsaust. I didn’t mess the the ports they were big enough. Does a true 60-62MPH all day long and it’s a joy to ride. Car...

SSC Cassette Clutch
I’ve got one of the latest SSC cassette clutches. I’ve used the other set of ‘race’ springs that it comes with. I have tightened everything down and have notice the plates are lose, is this normal?
I tightened down the 4 bolts compressing the springs totally down, if that was the right thing to do?

Quattrini 125/150 Casing?
Planning on a Quattrini kit on an Italian 125 casing but I’m hearing different things about fitting them, so say they go straight on, others say you have to mess with them?
