what barrell is it , what cylinder studs are in use
if it was just a soft heat seize that you caught normally ok , if locked up back wheel then normally a heavy one
if run in or not will also influence decision if running in then strip and clean up on high spots will aid remaining run in time

work your cc out correctly its a 193.02cc

although if its an li125 then continue to call it that

but if you sell it then just round the cc up to 200cc

and if it doesnt sell then you may want to consider calling it 200cc+

still if your going to be bothered to work it out you may as well do it correctly rather than rough estimate.
