Hi Rosscla, i have a 220 using old spec kit. I had a proper merry dance setting up my 24/24 carb. Although i am using the 24/24G T5 Carb. It is sweet as now. I am working today but could check my jetting etc and get back to you on Sunday if any good to you?

2mm hole all the way to bottom of main jet stack. Cosa bowl cover 5.2mm needle. Drill down to needle seat. I did 2.5mm all the way. Opened up fuel inlet too. 3mm bowl cover packer. Job done no fuel starvation issues anymore.

Thanks gents. I have a Mikuni pump with a 5mm bore pulse inlet. The hosetail i got from SiP is a Polini item with only a 3.7mm bore. I am thinking match the hosetail bore to the pump inlet size? Any experience or views greatly appreciated.

I am about to fit a vacuum fuel pump for my 220 Malossi, running a heavily modified Si 24/24G carb. Anyone done this before?

I'm running a Micron pipe, my barrel is on the deck and head machined. Torquetastic! Had over 80mph Gps on a flat. Bit twitchy though. Bog std sidestand, weld a 50 x 25mm length of box section to it, job done.
