Re: Lammy set up help please
Not running through the airbox but have PHBH 26's on both scooters. One is SR175 ported to st4, Scoot RS pipe,60mm crank. AV264 atomiser, x13 needle, 112 main, 50 pilot, 40 slide 70 choke. The other is on a home ported 185 with 60mm crank and old fresco. Same as above but 115 main and 60 choke. Coul...

Re: rd350lc piston with 107 rod?
exhaust and transfer timing stay the same if you take the difference in compression height from the bottom of the cylinder, i.e Lambretta 39mm and RD 350 36mm...so 3mm off bottom and you´re fine. If I were to use a 58mm crank instead of a 60mm would the amount you machine off the bottom remain the...

Re: rd350lc piston with 107 rod?
before you have any maching done to cylinder just recheck your timing after you take out your cylinder to 64mm. The port entry angles on those SR barrels can be abit hit and miss and the port timings may alter slightly. Worth giving the barrel abit of a tune whilst your at it? Geoff Stephens at All...

rd350lc piston with 107 rod?
Not sure if anyone has managed to do this but i want to run a rd350lc piston in my SR175 barrel without having to re-rod the crank. Crank is a 60mm mec with 107mm rod. I have had a reed block made in work and wondered is it just a case of top and tailing barrel, and if so how much off each end? Barr...

Re: Rear shock recommendations
i had one of each off Martin when they first came out. they are both still fitted. But in light of the right royal shafting that has happened i would say they are shi+e. ![Smile :-)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

Re: 60mm crank
A 1mm packer plate/ 1mm recessed head/ Lots of patience and a dremell.
You should be lucky if you need only 2 of the above. I have only fitted 60mm MEC cranks to 2 small blocks and both have needed a bit of dremell surgery (about 0.5mm clearance) in the crankcase. Have Fun. Be Lucky.![Smile :-)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

Re: Wide Rims
I thought that 100/90 tyres were slightly taller (only about 1mm) than 3.50 tyres. 100/90 is 100mm wide, the 90 profile is a percentage of the width (90%) making the tyre 90mm tall. A 3.50 tyre is 88.9mm tall. i use 100/90 and 100/80 on wide rims on the back of my GP. Use the 100/80 when want to dro...
