Do you have to modify cylinder head to accommodate the sensor under the spark plug ..so it sits flat under the plug ? Eg with the trail tech model or others

What should the temperature be when running ..i. e what is normal range and what is too hot etc ? ...if running too hot what causes it ? Cheers

How tight should your main engine Bolt nuts be ...running 230 cc Monza engine ...too tight or too slack would be a Potential source of vibration / poor handling ?

Think I got that wrong it's Not EP rated the ENI MP Rotrax 80W -90 is the one that is EP rated ...... One I referenced above ( without MP in reference ) in data sheet states for not excessive pressure conditions .........Got it from Chiselspeed so presume it's ok ... Just that I've never used it bef...

If faulty brake light switch it goes to earth when on ( brake pedal depressed ) as switch plunger still in contact with with brake pedal ... Wrap insulation tape or similar around brake pedal where switch plunger is in contact thus isolating ( insulating ) the path to earth ...worth a try as easy to...

Wrap insulation tape ( or rubber pad ) on outrigger on frame immediately above brake light plunger . If not fitted coreectly or faulty brake light switch when pressing brake the plunger doesn't always clear the frame so earths to frame and headlights go off etc ... Happened to me above solved proble...

Do you start it at no throttle or just a fraction open ? Anything more will flood it and make it lean .......don't give it any handful of throttle from cold ..
