Re: Lambretta sip speedo

cool thats good , not set the speedo up but the mph is reading pretty accurate when I rode in to the village past the digital speed sign , bang on what it said. So hopefully it is f , coz if it was Centigrade it would be scorchio by the time I pulled up .
thanks again everyone.

Re: Lambretta sip speedo

Cheers guys just what I wanted to here . I know the plug is right after setting it up this morning, so he can ride it now. Myself I think the exhaust temp gauges are better for scooters but so long as we have a start point and go from there.
Thanks everyone .

Re: fuel tap ?

just had a vacuum fuel inline pump valve arrive today , looks on the small side but will check it out and let you all know if it works ok . So long as the inlet-outlet bore is large enough should work with a vacuum hose to the inlet manifold .

thanks all

Re: Agusto 6000

Hi Jonno sorry didnt spot your reply , the agusto will allow the arrow to line up with the 18degree mark on the mag housing when you kick the engine over, then as you rev it up the arrow on the flywheel will drop backwards towards the other marks you have made on the housing towards the TDC. it shou...

Re: Agusto 6000

Fitted a few Agusto's to ,Lammie's . Never had one done on a dyno , Main supplier for the units in the uk is Chalkie at replay scooters and I've only ever fitted them using a timing light to make sure the timing retards from 18 degrees BTC (before top dead centre) down to 15/16 btc. used to set them...
