Jetting phbh 28mm

Hi guys just built engine malossi 180cc
Put a Delly phbh 28 built in powerjet on it , bike starts but won't rev like chokes stuck ony jets are

Petrol tap on and off old pe range had the reserve. Shock wise get a yps and add the longer bolt on top ime 19 stone and never had a issue.

Sounds that way, try adjusting if no good back wheel and hub off no need to take engine out of scoot, clutch out, new plates leave in oil over night and replace inner cable new locking nut on clutch new engine oil worth putting in.

Not really all my scoots run with the extended nut on the shocker lifting it up for a better ride height and petrol flow never had a issue with the hose fits ok

do you have the extended nut on the rear shock that makes it sit higher.
