Yeh still the x9 chassis under there, converted to monoshock and chopped and trimmed as much as possible. All the bodywork has been modified, widened, stretched to fit. A couple of hundred hours there!

Re: trailtech TTO gauges
I got mine here http://trailtechproducts.co.uk/
You`ll need an extension piece for the temp gauge if fitting it around the headset/ legshield glovebox area.

Re: polini 210 temp
I ran a TTO temp gauge under the plug and on my o-tuned P200 a safe running max was 320F. It did go a lot higher in heavy load conditions, up to 380, but 300-320 flat out in 4th is pretty safe.

Just chaincase, could be the thimble off your clutch, in that case it might be a simple case of replacing it.

Re: Crikey its quiet in here ..iet in here...in here... here..
It has died a death on here sadly, I pop in most days for a nosey but little changes. Check out the German Scooter Forum, that is mental. Google translate makes a game effort of translating but it`s on a different level to anything in the UK. Don`t know how many scooterists are over there but there`...

Re: Polini exhaust
I think from the factory the later electric start models had the ignition backed off a bit and set between the A and IT marks but only one way to be sure. Pop the flywheel.

Re: Polini exhaust
I`ve been running one on mine for a while now. Changed from JL r/h and the difference was massive. The JL was dead down low but the Polini restored that and still had the same if better top end power. I`m on a P200e with BGM top end( which is just a standard 200 top end in all but name) I had a 124 ...
