Wen I used a bgm stator I slotted the holes and used a larger 6mm washer without any problems at all

Chinese stainless tank from beedspeed mines been in 3 years never had a problem with it. Best method of fitment I've seen uses a big strap around the tank no chance of it vibrating to bits then

The head cowl is fibreglass. I've never bothered to put the head stud nuts in just the msg flange bolts, it's been like that since it was fitted & since Ron bought them out

Try a different carb, the 34 may be too big for the rb 20, have u checked the reeds?

If they grasped the modern way of business I doubt that they would be able to spare customers the one on one time that they give so freely, breath of fresh air they're approach to customer service

I've tried a lot of holders cases and different sat navs. The Garmin zumo is worth paying the extra for. Great cradle with plenty of mounts, solid when fixed and comes with a head wire loom for a battery as well as a std charger cable
