Is there any such thing as?

Decent brake light switch, where from please? I’ve got several laying around, and they’re all rubbish. Thanks in advance Pete.

It's probably the balls/spring in the layshaft.

Re: yamaha conrod questions

Good Luck with the rebuild. Whatever rod you end up choosing is surely not restricted to one manufacturer's rod dimensions, is it? Unless you have parameters that dictate otherwise, then there are manufacturer's rods that will fit & are in use with tuned Lambrettas. Personally, particuarly with a r...

Lockdown project.

Hi all, I thought some of you may like to see what I’ve been up to during my 7 weeks of lockdown / isolation. I’ve had an early Indian GP frame and a box of associated parts kicking around for 5 or 6 years now with the intention of doing a street sleeper rat build. Anyway I got heavily back into car...

I’ve sorted it now. Luckily it came with two front mounting brackets. I cut them up and welded them into one bracket. The down pipe sits a bit lower than I’d like but it’s on. It sits close to the panel but it’ll be ok. Overall a well made pipe but a bit of a pain to fit. http://i1356.photobucket.co...

TSR Evo pipe.

Hi all, I’ve just tried to fit the TSR Evo pipe to my new GT186 project and it’s absolutely miles out. I expected it to need some fettling, but it looks like a new front bracket will need fabricating. I’m using a 3mm base packer, but the pipe is too low, not to far forward/back. Has anyone else had ...

Re: RB20 fit

For anyone that’s interested, we were able to fix it by opening up the bottom of the stud hole with a carbide burr. Took almost nothing out and it freed up the binding point off the stud. It looks like the finish pass in the machine process might not have gone all the way through the cylinder but t...
