Scooter bench

Hi All, I am looking to buy a bench for my bike as my back isn´t what it was 10 years ago. I don´t want a hydraulic one just something simple. I particularly like the ones they use in scooter racing that can be folded up when not in use. Does anyone know where they sell them or have any experience b...

Kickstart bush

Hi I have decided to replace the kickstart bushes on my Spanish Li150 special, the problem I have is the old bush has a lip at the top and the new bush that I bought doesn´t. I have looked at various online shops and they only have the non lip type http://i1229.photobucket.com/albums/ee474/crunchy37...

Re: Varitronic Timing

I think I´m going to give 21º a go to see what happens. Better safe than sorry.

Thanks

Re: Varitronic Timing

I´m none the wiser with the cut and paste. It seams to say 24º for power and less for reliability.

I can`t tell you how the ADS3 works with the Mugello as I still havn`t ridden it.

Varitronic Timing

Can anyone tell me what degree to set my varitronic to. I phoned CamLam and they told me 17º and then in a local shop they said thats mad it needs to be set to 24º. I have a 186 mugello with 60/107 crank, Chiselspeed ADS3 and 30mm TMX.

Thanx

Steve

Re: MBD Race Tour Clutch

I phoned MBD today and they told me to send it back or to get 0,10 machined off the top of the crownwheel. So I,m going to take it to the machine shop

Re: MBD Race Tour Clutch

Sending it back isn´t really an option. I live in Spain so it will cost me 20 pounds postage and a month waiting.

Re: MBD Race Tour Clutch

I have tried this today and I can't see that it's higher or not. When I spin the crownwheel round I can hear it scraping against the metal rule.

MBD Race Tour Clutch

Hi All I have been in the man cave today trying to install a MBD race tour 47tooth crownwheel and Spider. The problema is when I torque the bolt up both parts wont turn independently. I have tried the same crownwheel and spider on two diferent engines with the same result, I then try a SIL GP crownw...

Re: Chains

I have exactly the same problem as you and thanks to the foto I think it must be the crownwheel. I have the same crownwheel (I think ) which is a MBD and the only solution that I can think of is to drop the front sprocket 1 tooth.

cheers
