Is the crank hardened at all as most look like they have a ground finish ..if so I wouldn't tap it ..

Thermo or water pump or the head gasket could be goosed tbh or all of them lol don't u just know it ..

I can't see a rod change Turning it into a much faster scoot ...unless u make other changes yes like port timings and porting ...a longer rod is good as most 110 rods are decent quality and standard Indian rods are made of cheese lol ..if mark says change the rod I would do it he knows he designed t...

Tbh u need to be running a powerful set up to be changing from standard on contra spring ...because this spring just opens an closes the V that the belt sits in on clutch ..they seem to shift the power around where it comes in ..just like changing the clutch pad springs ...if that makes sense ..

If your engine is a gilera runner and a rear drum brake it is a fx if a 125 or fxr if a 180 an there are many different wheels which fit it all depends on the outside diameter of your brake pads as there are two different sizes .. and if it's a disc brake on rear it's a sp engine where 125 or 180 .....

Your prob best to send your links off to frank an get em done or buy some scomadi links ...me an becks did have some laser cut before to do his auto lam an Brian's auto lam ....was hassle ...but was cheep tho ...an we can't machine em anymore ..

Hi jack , my original non bitubo are 280 mm from eye to eye .
