I've been using the ads3 for 7 years now on a ts230 with gp200 21x46, 4.4 final drive, revs to 6800rpm which is just shy of 80mph. It's by far the best exhaust i've ever used for motorway mile munching but ground clearance can be an issue, i've got a bent one in the shed to prove it

Are all these failures only on pistons supplied with rt kits or are the ring pegs also failing on rt pistons supplied by mb for ts1/rb cylinders? Cheers

Easiest way to check is remove your exhaust and look in the port, If you can see your ring pegs it's the wrong way round.

If your tick over screw is all the way in it usually indicates a too rich pilot. Did the dyno operator alter your jetting?

Have you tried the air screw? screwing it in clockwise richens on the vhsh.

The top bearing are 1/8 and bottom are 1/4. I buy mine from a push bike shop, costs about £4 to do a scooter.
