You can still have fun with an alloy cylinder ! I'm just saying that it's a bit of a shame to use the TV one itself when you could use a less hard to find item..... I have a similar set-up on my SX150 which has a Mec TV type crank, clubman, Ts 185 piston, Harry Barlow ported alloy cylinder and a 2mm...

Just buy an alloy one and have it cleaned up / ported. You'll be glad someday that you did.

By the side of the graph is says RT255, is this a typo or is the CC 255 ? When you say 'correct read' , which ones are you using ? Ta. I think it is an RT CT I think Darrells comments are based on the LTH reed Thanks, I understand that its an MB Racetour but was referring to the cylinder capacity.

That's excellent, I like the nice increase in torque at low rpm's as well as the overall improvement.
