Wheel rims on right way round..hub center nut done up tight? If its that bad dont ride it till you get it checked out as could be lethal.

Hi folks,,seen this on a couple of polinis (one a px180 and the other a t5 152) where on strip down there is some brown scorch type marks inside the crown, obviously where its got hot as one of these examples mates bike got so hot it melted the head cowling. If you turn the mixture screw 1/4 -1/2 turn which ever way makes it richer on your carb you should find it drops like it used to. BUT you may need to go richer on your jetting to compensate for the increased air flow. Treat it like you had an air filter and now you havent.

So how do you bleed it again :? been trying for a few hours today. Open nipple, pull brake in, close nipple...repeat for half hour and got some bubbles out of bleed nipple but its just a few spurts>bubbles and air. also while im on the subject it didnt come with a brake switch like it was supposed to and the brake lever has quite a bit off up and down play, should there be a washer/spacer under or on top of the lever on the m/c?

Is it normal for the disc to be a bit catchy in some places and not others on a new disc brake? Just got a new one and dont wannt fit it to find the disc warped so thought id ask first :bigsm:
