What's the best way to hold an HP 4 flywheel when tightening up without damaging the plastic fins, the flywheel came with instructions but supplied no tool for holding the flywheel only a torque figure.

SIP shocker repair
My SIP shock has gone all spongy so reckon a seal has gone and the nitrogen has escaped, can they be repaired? where? I don't see anything on the SIP site about repairs.

Building an RT 225 at the moment using a 30mm PHBH, Mbgm Clubman, with Cyclone was thinking of running 18/47 sprockets but read somewhere that 19/46 is a better set up anyone have any first hand experience?

Had the very same thing happen to both mine and my mates GP's on the way to the eurolambretta this year, it was baking hot so guess the flap got very hot and more flexible than usual and got sucked into the tyre... strange eh!
