After speaking to Allens Performance in Nottingham regarding the air bubbles i was put right to the fact this is completely normal and affects nothing, when i told them my flow times at a pint then how much i flowed in 5mins the rate is more than double the required amount. Looking for a new exhaust
Any suggestions? For a new exhaust for a Lambretta Gp215 RS Tuned cast Barrel. Looking for a Torquey pipe that will rev up to 8500rpm ish over one thats a rev monster. Cost not an issue. Cheers

My carb is a KEIHIN PWK 33MM not one of the cheap PWK ones. I flow a pint of petrol through the float bowl in just under 1 minute. But still seem to get this fuel starvation issue only at 6000rpm and above???????????????????????????????????

Plug colour after nippin is always leaner than the jetting would suggest nice rich colour normally

Yes i always run on reserve as well, ive run out of ideas of why im nipping at 6000rpm plus everything in engine is brand new and since i wiped out the 1st broady piston after 4 nips ive had the barrel honed to 4000 clearence on the new piston and changed the full ignition side fitted augusto change...

i only changed to a cam lam tap to try n remedy the problem as it was faster than my fast flow tap n didnt kink the fuel pipe as much, i can see the bubbles come from the carb back up the pipe?
