I've just finished a rebuild on a 210 60mm stroke and I removed the upgear kit that I installed on my original build up from 4years ago. Using the std px200 efl gearing with t5 4th gear bgm superstrong clutch 23tooth has made it a lot more user friendly set up it climbs hills in 4th for the 1st time...

I cracked my last set of cases around the area of my cush drive nut which had come loose ljust didn't want the same think to happen again to my new cases my set up was only 23hp

I have the version 2 with updated cluster, mine was one of the ones that broke and the pictures I posted on here I've had to go back to the 4speed as I'm still waiting on my replacement parts it was 4 months last week
