Re: new polini ally kit for p200
Hi Ian Steve's got one on his P2, and although it's ok ( 15 BHP on our dyno ) it could be better. problem he's got is it's designed for a 57mm crank and he's got a 60mm so all the port timings are out even with a packer, still done a couple of thousand miles on it so far with a SIP road exh and over...

Re: RB 250 temperature
Hi Jason
This graph shows our RB sprinter temp data, at full tilt ie 9500 rpm the peak EGT is around 600 deg C and the CHT fairly stable between 160 to 180 deg C and only goes over 200 at the end of a run when your off the throttle.

Re: RB 260 Engine scam on ebay!
Defo a scam as I actually fitted it for lad that bought it from Wax last year, it's also had the head modified since to fit under a carbon cowling.

Re: sip performer tyres
Lee m8 before you go and buy them ( knowing you probably too late ) find out what the diameter is eg in 3.5 x 10's Schwalbe pacemans are 135.7 and Dunlop TT92's are 137.3 also consider a 3 x 10 and 90/90 x 10

Well done, really impressed with the spread not just it's peak power, my only critism is it's not the most comfortable scooter i've had on the dyno LOL

Re: Cylinder head temperatures
Not sure if this helps but heres is some data downloaded from my sprinter, top scale is rpm, middle EGT & lower CHT, from the start of a run full tilt so to speak, the EGT goes to around 600 deg C at 9,500 but the CHT goes up from around 180 - 200 and stays almost level with a couple of blips on...
