A TS 185 piston has a 32mm crown hight . A std Lambretta has a 39mm crown hight ! So to use a 107 rod you need to remove 7mm ! That's if everything is as it should be . I'v known cases to be out by over 3mm . The problem when using a 107 rod is the inlet port and how low the inlet is when you have r...

24mm - 32mm in 2mm steps !

I'm doing a cast barrel with rd 350 piston Atomic Large "RD 350 type " reed and scootopia pipe 26mm mikuni through a cut airbox !
Only using the larger reed cos I have one sat here or I would go for the smaller one !

I have done loads of these including a 200 Rapido and a Autisa short stroke !
Use a 150 head and get it reprofiled or it wont line up to the bore correctly !

Could try a Suzuki EP 175 ! Same as a TS 185 "32mm compression hight " But starts at 62mm !
