118 is a huge main jet for that set up. Does it rev right out in 2nd and 3rd without choking up? it had a 145 in it when i built it .its done 500mile and it is a bit boggy,it has to be well reved to go.beedspead told me what jets to use when i purchased the carb and was told if i go much lower than...

Roadrunner what exhaust are you running? Have you gone from airbox to ramair? You will need to re-jet if changing the air intake on an engine. i have a118 main jet in a 28mm delorto on a 175 kit,i have just fitted a mb developement air ram filter ,should it still be ok with the 118 jet or should i up it to a 120?any help appreciated..
