Re: drt reed valve kit
Yup. DRT. It's for a large frame Vespa. You'll need to remove material from the case in order to give the reeds enough room to open. I chose to split the cases to do it. Could be really messy if you didn't. Installation moves the carb box slightly forward & up. Sounds weird, but everything fits....

Re: 62x107 crank in a TS1
62 stroke with a 107mm rod doesn't sound awesome to me.
Maybe with a longer rod, but I think the 107 would make things hectic in terms on run-ability/durability.

Richer I think. Look at the amount & size of the holes. I've been told fewer/smaller = richer. Seems to be true from my experience.

Re: 26mm carb set up on malossi 210
I had fuel supply issues with those 26mm carbs as well. I think I got my hands on a Cosa float chamber cap - the needle was a 5.2mm instead of the normal 4.5mm & I think the aperture that it sits in had an inside diameter of around 2mm. More gas at a faster rate via the float chamber is the idea...

Re: Dellorto 25 on J125 TZR conversion. Help needed.
Dellorto 25mm jetting... On that setup... I'll take a wild stab in the dark. I'd start with a D29 needle 2nd clip up from the taper, 266 tube, idle jet of 52 & a main of 110 & see what it does. Might be good. Might be way off. Gotta start somewhere. :fb: Maybe put a larger aperture float nee...

Re: First time kiitting - Pinasco 215 on 1980 P200e: advice
I've set up a few of those. My experience is that they can be a bit of a gas hog & tricky to get jetted properly. :freak: Sito plus was not finicky. The best ones I've seen run the stroked crank you're talking about. I like the 24g carb that comes on a t5 - drt makes a larger aperture float need...

Re: Small block reed block
You could use it either way, but the boost holes do help.
