Not sure if it helps re the above question but at Snetterton over the weekend which is a faster top speed circuit than Donnington my Grp6 was revving to 9850 at the end of the straight using LI150 4th gear, 18x46, TT93.

Tbh if rightly or wrongly you convert a TS cylinder to use an external reed block the work involved makes no real difference which side you put it. In this particular case the left hand side works out marginally better for the design/shape of inlet and crankcase boost port that at the time i thought...

Dan, I built the engine, 35/36 bhp sorry no graph! Definately not publishing the port map (sorry lol) Guy Topper made the exhaust Patio furniture has vanished completely after the last storm and theres no room in the house for the tumble dryer ! Dmc Quite correct ! Oh and ya can't beat a good hammer

Hi Jaime,
The current crank is a 60mm stroke with Rotax conrod but for next year will be a 65mm.
Guy and myself work together on many scooter related projects which is why our scooters look similar as many parts are interchangeable between the two.
