Re: CARB OKO 24MM SET UP HELPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!

first try lowering or checking float level, if no good try leaning ,raising needle clip, and lowering main jet, as the spread of jetting is wide on a pwk, i expect the argentinian climate would require leaner settings than uk

Re: reed valve recommendations?

sorry to hear about piston , ouch :| , i put a small hole in bottom of elbow, fair bit of dripping, especially on tickover, lowered main to 110 and ended up lowering clip one air screw 1 3/4 out 35 idle, and sooo much more rideable,... no splutter low down, making a nice mess of flywheel cowl and in...

Re: reed valve recommendations?

ok filter off scoot on stand getting spitback on tickover, not any where else will reduce pilot from 38 to 35 to see if it helps , air screw achieves nothing at this time regarding spitback

Re: reed valve recommendations?

oh, one more thing, i am running with an agusto system to retard timing, set up seems fine and i have fitted a few and like a lot, but can adjusting a degree either way help reduce spitback also???
